Join the core engineering team at AttendanceGuru as an SDE1. You'll build real features used by 100+ institutes daily. We care more about how you think and solve problems than the specific tech stack you come from.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship features across web, backend, or mobile depending on team needs
- Debug and resolve issues across the full stack
- Write clean, readable, and maintainable code
- Collaborate closely with a small, fast-moving team
- Participate in design discussions and code reviews
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills — this is the #1 thing we look for
- Ability to pick up and work in any tech stack quickly
- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Good grasp of how web applications and APIs work
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong fundamentals welcome)
